5 Terms

The short version of our terms

This is a booking request. We approve it within 48 hours and nothing is charged when you send it.
Once approved, we email a 50% deposit invoice. Your booking is confirmed when it's paid, within 48 hours. If it isn't paid, the date is released.
The balance is due 7 days before your charter, or the full amount if booking within 14 days. The charter can't go ahead without final payment.
Cancellations need at least 28 days' notice.
Your card is saved as security only. No hold is placed.

Nothing is charged when I send it, and my booking is only confirmed once Knot Your Yacht approves it and the deposit is paid. * I acknowledge that a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, payable within 48 hours of approval. * I understand the final balance is due 7 days before the charter date, or the full amount if booking within 14 days of the charter. * I acknowledge my card details are securely saved and may only be charged up to $1,000 if, on the day of hire, damages are assessed and communicated as excessive beyond normal wear and tear. No pre-authorisation or hold is placed. *

6 Secure your booking: security card

Like a hotel, we keep a card on file as security for the day of your charter. It's only charged, up to $1,000, if damage beyond normal wear and tear is assessed on the day. Nothing is charged now and no hold is placed. You pay your deposit and balance by bank transfer, through the invoices we email you.
