Premium Australian Mediterranean BBQ $50 pp Eye fillet steak, pork tenderloin, marinated chicken and sausages, with a choice of 3 salads: Mediterranean potato (V, GF, Vegan), orange and fennel (V, GF, Vegan), apple coleslaw (V, GF) or Greek (V, GF). Add your 3 salads in the dietary and catering notes.

Mix and match. Per-person options are charged for every guest on board (minimum 10). Seafood platters each serve 10. Halal seafood, beef and chicken options available. Vegetarian substitutes for the BBQ: mushrooms, eggplant, zucchini and vegan sausages.
