Corporate charter FAQ
How many people can we bring for a corporate event?
Zabava takes up to 20, Kirralee up to 30, and John Oxley up to 52 — there’s a vessel for a small client dinner or a company-wide function.
What’s included in the charter price?
Your charter includes the boat, an experienced skipper and crew, and full use of the onboard fridge, freezer, eskies and BBQ for the length of your booking. Catering and drinks are arranged separately, your way.
Can we bring our own catering?
Yes — charters are BYO or catered. Bring in your own caterer or arrange catering with us, and use the onboard fridge, freezer, eskies and BBQ.
Where can we get picked up?
We offer flexible pick-up and drop-off across central Sydney Harbour wharves, so you can choose somewhere close to your office.
Can you help with invoicing for the business?
Yes — let us know what your finance team needs when you enquire and we’ll sort the paperwork.
How far ahead should we book, especially for EOFY?
Book early for end-of-financial-year (June) and end-of-year functions (November–December) — those dates fill fastest across the fleet.
What’s your deposit and cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, and cancellations need at least 28 days’ notice from your charter date. We’ll send the full terms and conditions by email before your booking is confirmed.
Is there a bathroom on board?
Yes — all our vessels have a bathroom on board.
