What’s the difference between Sail Social and a private charter?
Sail Social is a ticketed cruise aboard Zabava at $45pp, sharing the boat with other guests. A private charter books the whole boat exclusively for your group, from $1,300 for a 3-hour minimum.
What’s included in a Sail Social ticket?
Your Sail Social ticket includes the cruise aboard Zabava with an experienced skipper and crew. On a private charter, you also get full use of the onboard fridge, freezer and eskies for the length of your booking.
How many guests can a private sunset charter take?
Zabava takes up to 20 guests. For bigger groups, Kirralee holds up to 30 and John Oxley up to 52.
Can we bring our own drinks?
On private charters, yes — BYO or catered, with a fridge, freezer and eskies on board. Sail Social tickets include the cruise; check the booking page for what’s included.
Where does the boat depart from?
We offer flexible pick-up and drop-off across central Sydney Harbour wharves for private charters; Sail Social departure points are confirmed with your ticket.
How far in advance should we book?
Sunset time shifts with the season, so book ahead to lock in the best light — weekends go first.
What’s your deposit and cancellation policy?
For private charters, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, and cancellations need at least 28 days’ notice from your charter date. We’ll send the full terms and conditions by email before your booking is confirmed.
Is there a bathroom on board?
Yes — all our vessels have a bathroom on board.
